The Board has received approval from the North Carolina Office of Information Technology to begin charging a transaction fee on our credit card transactions. This fee will be assessed at 2.5% and will begin effective immediately.

This private web portal is a tool for licensed contractors, qualifiers, and those who have submitted an application to the Board ONLY. If you do not have a license or if you have not submitted an application, you may apply by downloading an application, which is located on our public website.
