One qualifier for each Residential, Building, or Unclassified license must complete the annual 2-hour mandatory course and 6 elective hours each year.

Classes are offered in three formats:

• In Person
• Live Webinar (Synchronous Distance Learning)
• eLearning (Asynchronous; Available anytime)

• Select a course format, enter dates if needed, and click Search.
• You can also search by Provider, Course Topic, or Location.
• Dates are not required for eLearning courses.

Note: No classes are offered in December.
